Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account on Kasi Cards you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the game. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

2. Who may play

• You must be 18 years or older.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be closed without payout.
• You are responsible for keeping your password private.
• Your cellphone number is your account name and cannot be shared with another player.

3. Demo and real balances

• Every new account receives R50 in demo chips. Demo chips have no cash value and cannot be cashed out.
• Your real balance starts at R0.00 and only grows through an approved deposit or a win.
• Demo play and real play follow identical game and payout rules.
• Demo chips can be topped up for free by watching an advertisement, subject to a daily limit.

4. Stakes and payouts

• The minimum stake is R1.00 per player.
• Both players' stakes are deducted once, when the game starts, and form the pot.
• The winner receives 80% of the pot. 20% of the pot is the game owner's commission.
• A drawn game refunds both players their stake in full.
• Leaving a game, closing the app, or starting a new game before finishing counts as a loss and the stake is forfeited.
• In Royal Table a match is a race of three games; the first side to two wins takes the pot.

5. Deposits and cash-outs

• Deposits and cash-outs use MTN MoMo only. No bank transfers, eWallet or retail vouchers.
• The minimum deposit is R10.00. You may have one deposit request pending at a time.
• A deposit is credited once the owner confirms the MoMo payment was received. Incorrect or unproven claims are rejected.
• The minimum cash-out is R50.00, with one request pending at a time. The amount is held from your balance as soon as you request it.
• Cash-outs are sent manually by the owner, usually within 24 hours. A rejected request returns the held amount to your balance.
• You must give a MoMo number that is registered in your own name.

6. Fair play

The following are not allowed and may result in your account being closed and any real balance forfeited: using more than one account, colluding with an opponent to move money, tampering with the game or network traffic, automating play, abusing the advertisement reward, or abusing or threatening other players.

7. Game availability

We work to keep Kasi Cards available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. If a game is interrupted by a fault on our side, stakes for that game are refunded. We may add, change or remove game modes and features.

8. Advertising

Kasi Cards shows third-party advertising, including Google AdSense, to keep the game free to play. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or for the products and services they promote. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are used.

9. Play responsibly

Kasi Cards is entertainment, not an income. Only stake money you can comfortably afford to lose, and take breaks. If gambling is causing you harm, contact the South African Responsible Gambling Foundation counselling line on 0800 006 008.
